About V. Wayne Shider
I was born and raised in the Cottageville area located in the historical Colleton County. I attended South Carolina State University and received a Bachelor’s in Science Degree with a concentration in Business Administration. Afterward, I entered a fulfilling career pathway that led to my retirement from the Federal Government a few years ago.
I am excited about starting this new chapter in my life by using my knowledge and experiences to help families and individuals find their dream homes. I believe my 30 years of service on the Colleton County School Board as well as my community involvement in the Lowcountry gives me great insight on matching communities with individual’s needs in the purchasing and selling of their property.
