About Stanis Stepanek
Whether a first time home buyer, a growing family looking for more space, empty nesters downsizing, or out of state relocation, Stan is able to relate to her client’s unique situation and provide a highly personalized service. Prior to relocating to Charleston South Carolina from California’s San Francisco Bay Area, Stan and her husband had moved many times throughout their corporate careers. Each relocation presented an opportunity for Stan to experience first hand selling and buying homes in varying market conditions, and managing unique challenges.
After she and her husband settled down in Mount Pleasant, Stan set out on a new career path in real estate, obtained her sales license and joined Pathway Real Estate Group. A member of the National Association of Realtors, she holds herself to the highest professional standards and ethics.
Stan is friendly and client focussed. She listens to her client’s needs and promotes their best interests. She is proactive in her communication, keeping all parties in the transaction effectively informed throughout the buying and selling process. She holds a Bachelor degree, is business savvy, methodical and believes in forming strong relationships with her clients and top professionals. In her spare time, Stan enjoys time with family, reading, walks on the beach and kayaking.
