About Jay Anderson
The Charleston real estate market can be competitive to say the least; luckily Jay Andersen is no stranger to competition. He was an award winner both on and off the course at Kentucky State University where he played golf for the Thoroughbreds and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization inMarketing. After gaining a few years of valuable sales experience Jay attended graduate school at Midway College and in 2012 graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration.
In 2013 Jay moved to Charleston with his wife to continue their careers. Jay is experienced in contract negotiation and has over 10 years of sales experience behind him. His clients comment the most on his attention to detail, patience, and persistence to help them reach their real estate goals. Jay is an active member in the local Charleston Trident Association of Realtors as well as a member of the
South Carolina Realtors Association helping to keeping a pulse on the local markets.
Jay is always looking for ways to get involved and give back to the Charleston community. Most recently he helped to raise money for the Hootie and the Blow Fish foundation that has donated millions of dollars over the years to help improve the South Carolina education system. When
he isn’t working, Jay can be found out on the golf course, at local events, or on the water.
