About Ivy Ascue
I have been Real Estate Licensed as a Charleston Tri-County Area Realtor since 2005. My Home and Land Sales have been in the Downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, Summerville, and Goose Creek areas. My sales have ranged from multiple land lots, individual vacant lots, home/condominium resales, to purchases from new home builders. Issues with estate/heir’s property have been waded through with their legalities requiring my diligence and patience.
Property Management has been consistent in my work both personally and for clients for many years as well. The most rewarding feeling is being the one entrusted with, caring for the investments, as if my own, for those living out of state. My contacts in the construction profession are ever-growing, making it most cost-effective in the repair and maintenance of properties.
Having worked out of state before returning home to the Wagener Terrace area of the City of Charleston, I have moved many times, renting (on both sides of that equation), buying and selling as the career relocations dictated. My family personally owned, built, rented out, bought, sold, and maintained property all my life, instilling the requirements of ownership of Real Estate as a family value.
